At Burgundy we know our business is all about you, our client! We want to make you look and feel as amazing as we can and to help clients with the essential elements of good grooming.
This reputation has made Burgundy one of the best Salons in south Dublin and to keep the salon running smoothly, we would appreciate your cooperation with the following:
Child-free zone – for your complete relaxation
If not for your own peace, then for other customers getting away from their own. We hate to turn away clients with kids (we have them too!), but it is for the health and safety of everyone as we operate potentially dangerous products in the wrong hands.
If an appointment needs to be cancelled, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. A booking fee will be taken on making your appointment, if you are new to the salon, or your appointment is an hour or longer, this is deducted off your bill when you visit, and is completely refundable if you give the required notice for cancellation.
Our opening hours can change over Christmas and Bank Holiday periods.
If you happen to be delayed for your appointment, we can only do our best with the time remaining provided there is enough time to start. If not, we can allocate the next slot available to you. This policy is put in place to try to keep everyone on time – especially the client book in straight after you.
Special Offers & Loyalty
We regularly run special offers in the salon, therefore when you avail of these, we unfortunately cannot stamp your loyalty card as we have already discounted your treatment. You cannot use your loyalty card in the week running up to Christmas and New Years’ inclusive.
