Delivery of Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are issued either by email or post, the delivery address MUST be specified in your PayPal checkout notes at time of purchase. We can issue the voucher to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser’s preference.

Making a Booking with A Gift Voucher

Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance via telephone and are subject to availability. Bookings can be made with us on 01 2836281. At time of booking, vouchers must be specified as the method of payment,  and then be presented on arrival at the salon – either a print out of the e-voucher, or pass over your phone so we can record the voucher number.

Refunds and Cancellations

Voucher are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part  for cash of any amount or retail goods. Cancellations of bookings made using gift vouchers can only be made in line with the terms and conditions relative to the rate of current services. Please note that any voucher bookings made for prepaid advance purchase deals cannot be amended or cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Voucher are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced. However each voucher has its own unique code for tracing.
